About Gregory
Gregory Fontaine is a Professional Scrum Trainer and co-founder of Agorax, where he is committed to causing positive change, and helping organizations uncover better ways of working and outlearning their competitors. Gregory is the first Japanese speaking Professional Scrum Trainer and is on a mission to improve the understanding of Scrum and to expand its use in Japan.
Gregory has 11+ years of experience with Scrum as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Consultant, Coach, Trainer, Manager and Director in various industries including software product development, pharmaceutical and insurance. He has trained and led change in Europe, North America and Asia and speaks French, English and Japanese fluently.
