Lohnt sich der Besuch einer Konferenz noch? Können wir nicht bereits alles im Internet lesen? Geben wir in die Amazon-Buchsuche „Scrum“ ein, dann erhalten wir 10000 Treffer. Auf dem Scrum.org-Blog wurden allein im Juli 60 Artikel zu Scrum veröffentlicht. Und auf YouTube erscheinen jeden Tag mehr als 10 Videos zu Scrum. Trotzdem besuche ich weiterhin Konferenzen. Heute ist die Herausforderung eben nicht mehr, wie ich an Wissenswertes zu Scrum komme, sondern wie ich dieses Wissen bei der Lösung komplexer Probleme anwende. Aus meiner Sicht eignen sich Konferenzen dafür besonders. Natürlich geht es nicht ohne etwas Vorbereitung. Im Folgenden findest du drei Tipps. Wenn du diese beherzigst, wird sich auch für dich jeder Konferenzbesuch lohnen.

6 Scrum-Dysfunktionen, die die Wertschöpfung behindern
